By on September 1, 2015

Science is a compulsory subject for all streams of studies in class IX and X. This is  with a view that every student shall have minimum level of science education to understand the natural phenomenon and functions around him. This has led to inclusion of questions on science in any of the competitive examination held for Govt. or PSU job. If any one is looking for such job, it is a must for him to revise what he has studied during class IX and X and will be very helpful in the competitive examination.
Now the trend is for multiple choice questions which makes the evaluation simpler and more objective. MCQ examination is difficult on part of the paper setter as well as for the candidate. It is difficult for the paper setter to find multiple choices, or also called distracts, which just confuses the candidate and the  right selection of the candidate. Similarly for the candidates, when he find the choices, he became shaky even for the answer he knew well.
It is the mock drill exercise that helps the candidate in handling distracts, overcoming exam fear, improvised concentration and building confidence.  Never forget to check the way distracts are drafted to confuse.
